Sending our twins to A Place to Grow Preschool was one of the best decisions we have made in regards to our children’s development and education. Miss Tanya is wonderful with the kids - she truly has a gift. Our twins began their second year of preschool a bit behind, and three months into the school year, one of our children was reading and the other was making leaps and bounds in their ability to recognize letters and sounds. The preschool is very well structured, and Miss Tanya’s approach to teaching each child on the level that they need is second to none. There is a focus in the preschool on the individual child, and how best to help them based on their strengths. That can’t be found anywhere else. The progress and growth we saw from our kids while they attended A Place to Grow Preschool was amazing. Our twins began kindergarten reading and ready to learn. We have been so pleased with the preschool, that we are now sending our third child as well. I walked through many preschools when looking for my first. I finally settled, not ever feeling super excited about any of them. We moved to Lehi, and I was on the hunt again. I heard about A Place to Grow Preschool and the moment that I walked in I just knew this is where I wanted my son to go. Miss Tanya is quite amazing. She sincerely loves her little students and they love her back just as much. Her school is fun, interactive and educational. She is so creative and there is so much hands on play. My three kids have all attended Miss Tanya's preschool. It is a very hard thing to send your baby off to their first school experience! I'm sad about it every time. My number one goal in a preschool teacher is that she is loving to my baby. And Miss Tanya is the GREATEST. She loves the kids so very much. And loves what she does. And every single one of my babies ends up with the best first experience! I could not recommend Miss Tanya more. The kids are so very lucky to have her. My older kids still talk about her! A Place to Grow Preschool is an outstanding preschool! My daughter has some separation anxiety and Miss Tanya has been phenomenal at making her feel comfortable and even excited to go to school. Not only has my daughter LOVED her first year of preschool with Miss Tanya but has also loved summer camps and date nights (which have also been lifesavers for my husband and me). Over the years we have tried 6 different preschools. When we signed my youngest son up for A Place to Grow Preschool I could tell right away there was something special and different about Mrs. Tanya and her approach to teaching. I could tell she took her job very seriously and that she was equipped with just the right amount of books, crayons, crackers and toys to get the job done right. The first time I saw her in action I was amazed at the "controlled chaos". The kids were all having fun and excited about their learning. She managed to maintain order and routine and because the kids all loved her they were respectful and followed her instructions. I couldn't believe how quickly my four year old began to read under her teaching. I am confident she has prepared him well for Kindergarten and I am so thankful to her for instilling in him a love of learning. When I was looking for a new preschool for my second little guy, Miss Tanya at A Place to Grow Preschool came highly recommended from many of my friends. I had always thought that all preschools were the same, until I came here.  Miss Tanya has an incredible talent for getting kids excited about learning and making them feel loved all at the same time.  She pours many hours into her lessons and, as a former teacher, even I spent most of the year in awe of time and effort that went into everything that was done there. My little guy was more ready for Kindergarten than I cold have imagined in one year.  I too will continue to whole-heartedly recommend A Place to Grow Preschool to all my family and friends looking for the perfect place to send their little ones.-Holli S.

We have had 2 of our children attend a Place to Grow Preschool with Miss Tanya. She goes above and beyond what I could have ever expected from preschool! Her love for the kids and learning is apparent. All of the good things that you've heard about A Place to Grow Preschool, are true. We are so happy that we found Miss Tanya. She truly loves the kids. My children loved going to school. They loved all of the fun learning activities that Miss Tanya does.  With Miss Tanya's teaching, my children were more then ready for kindergarten. When we moved here I immediately went in search of a preschool for my two youngest children. I had been to many different preschools, some with a huge focus on play and others with a very structured educational focus.  When I found A Place To Grow Preschool I knew instantly this was what I had been looking for! Miss Tanya’s preschool has such a great balance of play and education.  She also focuses on learning social and personal skills.  I love how Miss Tanya helps each child reach his/her full learning potential by getting to know each child and finding out what each child needs emotionally to be successful.  She has a loving approach to discipline and follows routines that help her preschoolers feel at ease and ready to learn. Another great thing I love about Miss Tanya is her love for education. She is constantly looking for new ways to teach concepts (Handwriting Without Tears program) and creating her own learning materials that are so fun my kids want to keep learning! I have loved every minute of our time at A Place To Grow Preschool.  I have had 3 children over the last 8 years enrolled, and I have sent several friends to Miss Tanya as referrals!!  The atmosphere at the school is fun, warm, and inviting. My children love going every school day, and they  return happy and so excited to show me what they did and tell me what they learned!  Miss Tanya has a special way with children that gets them to want to learn, cooperate in a fun, friendly setting, and have fun each time they meet together!!  We have several preschools in our neighborhood, we even had one right next door, but I could not have my children go anywhere else once I had experienced the excitement, learning and joy at A Place To Grow Preschool!! -Angela G.
Both of our boys (4 years apart) attended Miss Tanya's preschool and had very good experiences. They came away with a love for school, reading, and teachers that was beyond compare. Words can not express how much we love A Place to Grow! My boys love Miss Tanya and her girls. They ask me every day when they are going back and complain on the days we don't do her summer camps. As a mom, it's so nice to have a few hours to myself during the summer camps and date nights. Most important, I know my kids are safe, being loved, having fun, learning, and carefully cared for. Miss T gives the best prices too. It's well worth the 15 min. drive for us. I taught Kindergarten for ten years. During that time I was privileged to teach students who had attended A Place to Grow Preschool. I found they were well prepared for Kindergarten. I was always excited to find out I would be teaching students who had attended because I was confident they had been given a good foundation for school. In addition, Tanya really loves her students--an important trait in any great teacher. She would follow up with me to see how her previous students were doing in my class because she was invested in seeing them succeed even after they graduated from preschool. A Place to Grow Preschool has a very special place in my heart. When you are sending your kids out into this great big world on their own for the first time, you want to feel like they will be loved and taken care of when you can't be there. That is exactly what my kids have gotten from Miss Tanya! Not only were they ahead of their whole Kindergarten (they were reading by the time they left preschool), but they were confident in who they were! I think this is because of their time spent here. My 2 boys have both attended A Place To Grow Preschool with Miss Tanya, and they have LOVED it! My daughter turns 3 at the end of this year and I am already signed up on the waiting list for next year! Miss Tanya not only has a wonderful curriculum, but she radiates joy and has such a unique love for what she does and for these little ones. We have attended A Place to Grow Preschool for the last 7 years. And not only was it a great place for an education, it was also such a great social environment for my children. Miss Tanya has far exceeded my expectations. She does such a great job at teaching the children and getting them excited for kindergarten as well as loving each and everyone of her kids. "I have kids with a history of school anxiety. Starting school doesn't come easy around here. And my latest child old enough for preschool has been by far the hardest. So I had to be really careful who I signed him up with for preschool. My older daughter had gone to Miss Tanya's preschool (per dozens of recommendations from neighbors) so I trusted her. The first day he cried harder than I've ever seen him cry. Tanya reassured me, took control, and sent me on my way. She sent me photos and texts during the next two hours to assure me he was doing well. It took several weeks to get him to go to school without a fit, but Miss Tanya was nothing but patient and kind and she won him over. If it had been anyone but her, I probably would have just pulled him out of preschool. A Place to grow preschool is organized, fun, and an excellent learning environment. I promise you won't find a better pre-school or teacher than Ms. Tanya! You will love everything about your child's experience with her. She finds the perfect balance between teaching social skills that are so vital at this age and teaching academics. Even when teaching academic type skills Ms. Tanya understands how children learn best and this age. Everything is hands on learning- no flash cards or "worksheets" in this pre-school! She truly loves what she does and pours her heart and soul into it. 2 of my children have gone to her and our experience has been amazing!! You'll feel like your child is in the best care and you know they'll be safe and loved! I would recommend her over and over and over again!
